Purchasing, payments and cancellationsAll prices on MG Jewelz website are given in British Pounds Sterling (£). We require payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us and availability of the product you have ordered is verified, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted. An order can only be cancelled within one hour of it being placed. After one hour, all jewellery will be sent into production.If you need to change your order or items in your order, please cancel your order and place a new order. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact our email. For cancellations and changes, please contact support@mgjewelz.com.

ShippingMost MG Jewelz items are made to order, and will be shipped to you, once the order is complete. This is typically 3-6 weeks, and we are working to make this period shorter. We offer free UK shipping on all orders and free shipping on orders above £300 from all other countries.

ReturnsYou can return your order up to 14 days after you received it. Returns are free for customers from UK. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached, unused, and in their original packaging to guarantee the refund. We deserve the right to refuse your request if the jewellery has been scratched, stained or corroded by make-up or perfumes. Send your return to us via the courier company of your choice. Note that with this method, you have to pay for shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages and we recommend you send it by certified mail. We are unable to cover customs duties or sales tax for any return shipments.

Faulty jewelleryEach of our jewellery is quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. For faulty items please email as immediately at support@mgjewelz.com.
